If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken that appointment time. I understand emergencies happen, but please try to give 12 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients with 3 OR MORE late cancels will be charged a $25.00 late-cancel fee on your next scheduled service.
Clients with 2 OR MORE No-Shows will be charged a $50.00 No-Show fee on your next service PLUS all future appointments must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
